Thank you to all who participated in the Themis website and learning resources survey.
Results will be used to improve and inform development of the new Themis site.
The summary of results is now available.
The Chart of Accounts freeze has been lifted. There are new forms that must be completed: http://www.fpg.unimelb.edu.au/fpg-res/internal/forms.html. Additional guidance can be found at http://www.fpg.unimelb.edu.au.
Themis Finance reports have been impacted by the rebuilding of the general ledger natural account hierarchies over the 9th and 10th February 2013. It is requested that staff do not run any FSG or Discoverer reports until advised that they have been tested and reconciled. A list of reconciled reports will be published on the FPG website at http://www.fpg.unimelb.edu.au/pcp/internal/reporting.html.
From January 2013, your chart of accounts will be new and the way you manage your new chart has changed. An update to the Chart of Account Practice Guide is underway, refer to the Finance & Planning Group website for some guidance materials for Natural Accounts and Activity Codes.
